As a personal trainer I’ve heard so many stories about weight loss pills, unfortunately none of them worked long term. They either made them shed water (fake weight loss that comes back), or spiked their metabolism so high they thought they were having a heart attack. They couldn’t stay on them long enough to see any benefit without risking their health.
Sprinting kicks up your metabolism. Your body gets used to running, walking, weights, everything. When you do 30 second sprints followed by walking 2 minutes, then repeat it 10-20 times per day, it keeps your body guessing. Consistently eating healthy and exercise is the ONLY proven way. Everything else is a product of the multimillion dollar diet industry that loves taking your cash month after month.
If you eat 200-300 calories per meal, 5 meals a day, spaced evenly your metabolism will stay consistent all day long, burning fat. Eat grains, fruits, veggies, some lean meats, and you’ll look and feel better while losing weight.
sometimes a cleanse is good to do that jump start. i did the slim quick cleanse and i lost 7 lbs in a week. i didn’t like it cos i was very limited on what i could eat and had to eat alot of veggies, which didn’t give me substance and i was always hungry because of it. it did seem to work but i was miserable for that week.
I don’t suggest Hydroxy cut. i know they called some of it back but i tried the drink crystals once and i got really bad shakes and though i was going to faint. i didn’t have a clue what was going on and couldn’t even stand for almost an hour. it was maybe too strong for me or something but i will never try one again
