What do you think of Bob Greene’s new “Best Life” diet//is it realistic, doable?

I watched the show and reviewed Oprah’s food journal and it seems incredibly healthy but it also seems too restrictive for some…I am pretty healthy so it would be only a little stretch for me, but to go from very un-healthy to this/wow! Do you think people will do it and will it have a great impact on American eating? Thanks!
