I use marinara sauce and/or tabasco sauce as salad dressing. In fact, I eat everything I possibly can with inexorable amounts of hot sauce or jalapenos and other hot spices. Food items that are “spicy” for most people…has become entirely tolerable by me. Things that are “spicy” for me…are usually intolerable by most people. haha
Nice tips. But I’m assuming your audience is er, stupid people? No offence, my ex is also a “stupid person”, the kind who thinks that eating crackers doesn’t count because they’re small (really!). My point is that North Americans seem to have no clue about nutrition. Amazing that you have to tell people that they should avoid white bread! And that extra virgin olive oil is better for you than processed salad dressing. Hmmm…glad I live in Italy!

A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids’ room, the father said,”Take the kids and get out of the house. We’ll call the police, we don’t have a clown statue.” The “clown statue” is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don’t post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand;sorry i didnt want that happening to me

Great Tips!! I also think that if you order a vegetable broth soup in a restaurant before the main meal is served, it can help you eat less. Restaurant portion sizes are too large and yes, you are right, they are full of butter and cheese which is full of fat and calories. I limit eating out because the food is not only fattening but unhealthy.
Too bad you aren’t in **** then I could probably watch the whole video or at least fast forward to the money shot.
Some good points, but I believe a little butter is good for you – not a whole stick though!!
And dessert is fine if you share it. That way you only have 1 or 2 spoonfuls.
And chew gum? No way – all the atificial sweeteners in it!!
Drink soda water.
I honestly think that people should just go get a QUANTUM SCALE. It really helps you with your motivation while losing weight.
You can probably google QUANTUM SCALE or search on Youtube for it.

i actually heard chewing gum slows down metabolism so u shud only chew 30 mins after..or take a mint
counting carbs is more important than counting fat grams
