I have tried many different diet pills in my life, of course a long with a good exercise/diet plan. To me most of them didn’t show any special results, although Hoodia worked as a great appetite surpressant. What about you?

I’ve researched many over the years, hoping some researcher or company would actually come up with something that would work and be healthy.
The truth is though most are junk and a waste of money. Some are actually unhealthy.
The key to weight loss is to eat right and exercise. If there were a truly effective pill out there, with few or no adverse side effects, that could be taken safely long term, there wouldn’t be many fat people.
Before you buy any diet pills, research them online (and not on sites that sell them). You’ll find most that contain ingredients known to promote weight loss, have those ingredients in such small amounts as to make their effect negligible.
I tried that 10 lbs in 3 days pill and almost had a heart attack. Most diet pills have so much caffeine and although you lose the weight if you#k up the weight will come back and it will be even harder to lose…like liposuction.
I think if you use a good diet and take a serving of vitamins and minerals (Multivitamins, Vitamin b complex, Fish Oil, Garlic Pills, Cranberry can be used daily and other supplements to your benefit) there should not be a problem. For three months (late march to june) I used chlorophyll tablets, fish oil, vitamin b, multivitamin, goldenseal,cranberry, green tea, and some other pills and with an active lifestyle (going to class and jogging 3-6 times a week) I lost 30 pounds. And its hard for me to gain it back.
So dont try and take the quick way out.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
