Eating more

It seems counter productive when you’ve eaten your breakfast and find that you are even hungrier later that morning than usual. But eating more in the morning does help reduce your hunger later in the day, and towards the end of the day people are much more likely to over eat. Eating a good healthy breakfast in the morning will set you up for the day.
