I was told of this diet that have listed below. Does anyone know if it works?
here is the 5-day diet that is supposed to be repeated twice after the first five days, for a total of 15 days. After that, you should eat carefully, and every Monday after the initial diet is supposed to be diet day: breakfast: lemonade made from one lemon and water (no sugar); lunch: 1 apple, 1 melba toast, dinner: 1 tomato, one hard-boiled egg, 1 melba. All food on the diet is supposed to be eaten in the order given, not combined, and nothing skipped.
For the 5-day plan:
breakfast every day: 1 orange, 1 melba toast, coffee or tea (no sugar)
Day One lunch: 1 orange, 1 hard-bolied egg, 200 g low-fat sour cream, 2 melba toasts; dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 eggs (boiled), half a head of lettuce. 2 melbas
Day Two: lunch: same as day one; dinner: 125 g cooked ground beef/veal (meatballs, burger patties, etc.), 1 tomato, 1 orange, a cup of coffe or tea
Day Three: lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 200 g sour cream, 1 head of lettuce; dinner: 125 g steak, 1 orange, 1 melba, a cup of tea
Day Four: lunch:125 g low-fat cottage cheese, 1 tomato, 1 melba; dinner: 125 g ground beef/veal, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 melba
Day Five: lunch: 200 g meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 melba; dinner: 1 tomato, 1 egg, 500 g steamed vegetables
As I said, repeat until you’ve been on the diet 15 days total. Do not use salt. If you need to add seasonings, use others (cayenne, paprika, dill, oregano, etc.). Do not use salad dressing, but add a little balsamic or apple cider vineagar if you like. Remember, do not combine the foods but eat them in the order that they appear here. Take a multivitamin-mineral, and don’t be on the diet for longer than the 15 days mentioned. You should lose 5-10 lbs (2.5 – 5 kg) in the first five days. You can eat these items cold or warm (e.g. make apple sauce from your apple if you like).
Do some light exercises if you’re not used to exercising (walking is fine).
Don’t forget
Every Monday after the initial diet is supposed to be diet day: breakfast: lemonade made from one lemon and water (no sugar); lunch: 1 apple, 1 melba toast, dinner: 1 tomato, one hard-boiled egg, 1 melba. All
Good luck!

that is to complicatied for me
Very weird. Not the type thing someone can stick to. I’d never do it.
Any diet that restrictive is bound to work but that sounds like it would ****!!
If you are looking to drop 5 or 7 pounds this month without doing anything drastically different you can try this:
Take psyllium husk fiber supplemts( like metamucil) with water every night and morning. Drink more water than you normally do and try to take a light walk to keep your digestion going. The diet that you have above has a pretty good fiber intake so it’s mostly going to flush you out like you can do with a supplent, drink, chew or tablet. But its too restrictive and I doubt you’ll be able to follow it. After you get “cleaned out” with fiber supplemts you don’t really have cravings for sweets and junk foods. Another benefit is that your skin will be clear as well.
I’m not sure this will really works, but what i’m sure for it is to try muslim way, especialy they using in this month of (ramadan) and not becouse its muslim way ,but i think if you’ll try this way i’m sure will benefit for you in verry short time, so if you can just try this way, fasting the whole day, (not to eat or drink anything) starts fr,early morning 5a.m. to evening sundown, then you can have any light food you like, for the whole night ,and they are doing this for the whole month.
I tried something like that before. I think it was the Mayo Clinic diet. It is really complicated and hard to follow through. If you are perfectly healthy, willing to make the commitment, and trying to lose wait quickly, there is a plan that I always follow. It’s like the special k diet, but you can use any cereal or oatmeal. Eat cereal twice a day and one reasonable meal for two weeks, excluding one weekend day. Work out for forty minutes in the daytime and the evening as well. It works for me EVERY TIME. Also drink lots of water. If there was an outfit that I couldn’t fit beforehand, I can fit it after wards. Its also really simple. People always say that exercising doesn’t make a difference, but for me that one hour and twenty minutes a day makes all the difference. It can be taking a walk, nothing too strenuous.
Good Luck
